I've been in here twice, and the service has been excellent. Both times there were several sales reps on the floor at one time, so there was no need to wander around lost. Big Plus in my book is the free gift-wrapping center. One of the items I bought was huge, and would have been a pain to wrap.

But right there at the checkout area was the wrap table, and they have humungous decorated plastic bags. So what if it has advertising on it? The item was wrapped quickly and easily, and I was out the door. There has been a recent baby boom in my family and since I'm more of a brick and mortar shopper than online, I've been here and Toy's and Target a lot. That's where they seemed to register. When you first walk through the doors, there is an overwhelming, almost suffocating smell of baby powder!

What do they do, pipe it into the ventilation? How can that be healthy? Most of the stuff I wanted to purchase were "delivery only" meaning of course that it wasn't in the store. They offered free delivery, but I prefer gift in hand. Have had issues with packages never arriving or arriving with no card or information about who sent the gift even though I've always made sure to fill in that space on the web-site's order form.

On another occasion, needed to make an EVEN exchange on something that I could not find my receipt for. The package was not open, had their price sticker on it and I had purchased it about a week before so knew that it was a current item in their store. But, they wanted to charge me FULL PRICE for the EVEN exchange.

I needed one size bigger. Now, that didn't make sense to me. If you take the discount on the return You should give the discount on the repurchase, right? It took waiting for the manager to come in order to get the product EVENLY exchanged!

The name of this store: Buy Buy Baby seems to invoke a subliminal message that I'm sure gets a lot of mothers and mothers-to-be, to spend their money. And they do live up to the standards of providing a shop with just about anything and everything one would need to raise a baby! Normally, I would never have a reason to shop in this store!

But when one of my coworkers placed a baby registry here, I found myself entering the store and discovering a whole new world of baby supplies I never knew existed!

I don't have any children, except for the four legged kind, so when it comes to shopping, the registry was a very important tool! It turned out to be a pleasant experience as I wandered the store, up and down the aisles trying to find that perfect baby gift. I was amazed at all the cute clothes, toys, baby furniture, gadgets and baby care items. It didn't take me long to make some impulse purchases along with the necessities.

Plus the fact that it's next to Carter's and Target, I can literally be shopping all day from al three stores. This place has a great registry system. What I mean by this is that you can literally have everything on your list from A to Z. Whether it's the big ticket items to even the smallest things such as washcloths for your precious newborn; this place has it all.

So many different designs and selections that I can get lost here for days. It's like a Costco store but specifically geared for babies and children. The customer service is amazing! I love using my coupons! Very nice and organized! George is such an awesome employee! When we were first expecting our son he was so helpful and kind. I recommend anyone that is looking for a stroller go in and ask for George, he's great! I went here this morning to set up my registry.

I can't say enough about the customer service i experienced here. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are staffed well enough that you don't have to go searching for someone when you need help. We didn't have a lot of questions but when we did they were very helpful and not too imposing. Best all around baby store. Huge selection and knowledgeable staff who are patient with new parents.

Prices can be high for clothes but they generally price match items.

They helped me as first time mom to choose a stroller, nursing chair etc and later was a little haven for me with a little infant - we'd escape the heat and walk around the store and use their clean nursing room when needed! We already had a specific stroller in mind and was hoping to see it first hand in the store.

Unfortunately, the stroller that we were interested in was not available in any stores near us. Thankfully with the help of George, we found a similar travel system that we liked and were able to bring home in the same day. George was extremely helpful and knowledgable in the carseat and stroller department.

He was able to inform us on any system across the spectrum and answered all of our questions clearly. George was extremely friendly and delivered my husband and I amazing customer service! A job well done! As a new mom it would be nice to have a pleasurable experience coming to this store. There is so much stuff that it takes time to peruse around which can be good or bad.

But every single time I have come here the customer service has been horrible. Sales people are unhelpful, registry works really quirky as the receiver and buyer. If there's a next time I'll stick with Target and Amazon. He is a lifesaver in it's own right. He was so knowledgable and personable regarding strollers and car seats. No matter how many questions or concerns I had If you have any doubts or questions about specific strollers or carseats Definitely ask for Dylan.

He honestly made it fun shopping and wasn't overbearing with all the info. Truly a great guy. I stood with my husband in the stroller area, trying a couple of them out, noticed an employee, Dylan, helping another customer. So we waited patiently for assistance. The employee helped at least 3 other people 2 of which entered the stroller area after my husband and I. The employee then followed the previous customer to the checkout area, completed helping them, tossed a ball around in the checkout area, talked with a co-worker and did not return to stroller area to offer any assistance.

I walked around the store looking for assistance, and finally went to the check out area after 45 minutes in the store to ask for assistance to 2 employees Dylan and another associate.

I asked if anyone could help us in the strollers, politely. He proceeded to answer for them both, "that would just be me, it will be just a second" as he looked behind me and began to offer assistance to the customer behind me walking toward the check out desk. I have never in my life felt so blatantly ignored in any customer service capacity.

I would never have written this review or complaint or whatever you want to call it, had we been attended to at all. I'm patient, I'm tolerant, I'm aware that I'm not the only customer in the store. To answer the other obvious questions, he absolutely saw us, in fact walked right over to show a previous customer a stroller we were looking at.

Never offered "I'll be with you in a second" or "is there anything I can help you with? Clearly the other associate at the desk was capable of assisting the next customer since he was the only one who could assist in strollers. I decided to exit the store. I will never give my hard earned money to a store who employs and allows to manage oh yeah, did I mention he was the manager?

I actually started to try to figure out why he so blatantly refused to help us I had to stop myself to remind myself that it doesn't matter what the "reason" was. I'm in your store and I deserve the same assistance as everyone other customer that I witnessed receiving that help I desired. I wish I lived in the area so I could someday return the service Dylan provided to me the next time he needs an ER nurse's service because everyone does one day.

I'd have to say at the time I made my first visit as a Grandma-to-be, I felt a little more than overwhelmed. The stock is piled high to the ceiling.

I understand that if your giftee is registered, you can order online and not pay shipping, that's a nice perk! I hear the registry service is good as well. Since my store is a good drive from Stockton, it won't be my go to place for my little Gillie, but for mom's-to-be, birthday gifts for grandchildren that live out of the area Today was a big day for my little family, today was the day my baby moved into her first big girl car seat!

My husband and I went in THINKING we knew what we wanted. If you've ever been to this store you already know it can get a tad overwhelming. Well, the convertible car seat selection is unreal. Thankfully Dylan came to our rescue and gave us more information than we could have hoped for. He was so informative on any and every question we had for him. He really knew the products well.

You could tell he took the time to learn about the safety features on ALL the car seats, which is HUGE to any parent. THANK YOU SO MUCH DYLAN for all of your help today!! I will need at least one trip a month to this place. There are so many items to think about, its a bit overwhelming.

I love the wide variety of organic, non-toxic, safe for baby and mamma options. Also the prices are pretty competitive even for the many sites that offer the same items online. I didn't have to wait for my pillow to be shipped. I got to go home and take a nap right away. The 5 stars are for exceptional service my husband and I received from Nate.

After going to Target and having not a single sole help us out in the strollers we head out to Elk Grove to see if someone would take mercy on this first time parents.

Nate took his time, was patient, showed us how to insert car seats into the stroller, how to break the stroller down, the pros and cons of different models, and provided us with helpful tips.

He spent over and hour with us. Can't praise enough the service we received from Nate.

This place is your one-stop-shop for baby essentials! I had my baby registry here for my newborn and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the exemplary service they provide here. I was assisted by Valleri who provided me with fantastic service! Considering it was my first time registering for a baby, she went over all the details as far as what I should have added onto my registry. The scanning process of adding items onto my list couldn't be any more easier with their handy barcode gun and a list of "Things to Add onto Your Registry" that was provided.

I was also given a little goody bag that was full of coupons and product samples. I did have a few items on my list that I received multiples of at my baby shower but returning them was not a hassle at all!

They simple looked up my registry and used it as the receipt of purchase.

Unlike Babies 'R Us or Target, this is a store that is fully catered for baby essentials. Babies R' Us is only a section of Toys R' Us - so you don't really get the variety in selection like Buy Buy Baby. They also accept coupons from Bed Bath and Beyond which is a plus.

This is truly an amazing store! Love the products they carry along with their service! This has definitely become by go-to store all my baby needs! It was fun shopping for friends' babies, but when you have one of your own, it just becomes THAT much more fun.

This place is every mom's heaven. Everything baby related is available at this store and the organization of the store is awesome. If you are here buying from a registry, everything on the sheet is listed in order as the aisle, to be sure that you will find what you are looking for and it's as easy as 1,2,3!

I think this place actually offers more names and products than its competitor too! Like all baby stores, they offer a "mommy room" to nurse or change your baby which is a definite plus, and all the employees are extremely cheerful and helpful when you need them. Another added plus is they offer gift wrap and bags that you can use for your gifts for FREE! SO awesome in my opinion, so for all the last minute shoppers like me , I wouldn't mind using an adorable BUY BUY BABY bag to put all my gifts in!
