Adding to the diversity of entries for this year's Historics is colourful Victorian, Bernie Mylon, who has entered his Morris special. Bernie is the original owner and builder of the car which dates back to the 's. Make sure you have a chat to Bernie - he has the most amazing story to tell about the time he spent as a mechanic on the Paul Hawkins Ford GT40 - chassis AMGT-2 an ex-Alan Mann car.

Bernie was the chief mechanic and sometimes test driver and followed the car through its career in races in England, Spain and Argentina. He also spent time working for Lola cars building the type racing car and the T So many stories to tell - so few hours in the day!! Maryborough Wings and Wheels is the premier vehicle and aircraft event being held on the 23rd September in Maryborough Victoria.
