Work at Home Institute is a clone site of a famous work at home program that goes by many names. I do not know if I can call it a scam, but there are a lot of lies you need to understand before you get involved with their program. WAH Institute teaches affiliate marketing and other legitimate ways to make money online.

However, there are some very sketchy advertising practices you need to watch for. The biggest problem is that the training is out of date. It looks like a real news report, right?

It's an advertisement that is designed to look like a news report. This type of advertisement is called an advertorial. As you might know, regulating these types of things are difficult on the internet. It's very likely that this website was created by someone in China or in Eastern Europe, and is meant to scam people in English speaking countries. This same video is used across many websites, all promoting different types of link posting scams or affiliate marketing scams. It might look like this product is endorsed by big companies like FOX, ABC, or CNN.

It does not mean that they have anything to do with this company. You'll see from the screenshot below that there are only 3 offers available in my area! But I entered a fake zip code of and they show that 3 positions are available. Perhaps they exist in a parallel universe! In fact, it doesn't matter what you enter.

They do this for two reasons, and both are advertising tricks to make your brain want to buy something. First, it makes you think you are getting something special, just for you.

Two, they are able to get your email address and can then send advertisements to your email inbox. No matter how many times you return to the checkout page, these offers are still valid. It certainly isn't a one time offer! Again, this is just another trick to make you think that if you don't act now, the opportunity will go away or you'll lose your position.

Actually, there are no jobs. They are not advertising work at home jobs or positions with any company. I actually bought this product from a clone site. Did you know that this product is being sold under many different names? Other names used include. Funny story; I tried to buy Work at Home Institute and it said I already had an account. I hadn't signed up before, so I did some looking in my emails. I discovered that I had previously purchased this product under a different name.

It turns out that Work at Home Institute is actually just another gateway to the same product called Members Only Training. The training is not that bad actually! But it was created before , and severely out of date. Using out of date methods means that it may not earn any money! To summarize, the product itself is not bad.

There are some decent training videos, and some legit marketing tactics.
